The price below is the total cost of renting the villa for one week, inclusive of VAT:

£450

A £100 deposit is required on booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance must be paid within 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

A refundable £100 damage and breakage deposit is required when the balance is paid and a one-off cleaning fee of £50 is required with each booking.

We accept payment via cheque or Paypal.
