Sandals is a luxurious 4 bedroom Villa, with 3 modern bathrooms and a large living area, and will sleep 8 people. It has a large patio with built in BBQ. Car parking is available along side the Villa hosting 24 hour security.

Sandals is tastefully furnished throughout with modern furniture and equipment, including air-conditioning, D/W, W/M, etc.. A marble staircase and ceramic tiling throughout complete the perfect presentation of the Villa. Three of the four bedrooms have private balconies.

Linen and towels are provided and the Villa is cleaned professionally before and after every visit. Please bring your own towels for swimming and beach use.

Sandals is only 700 metres from the beautiful Paradise Beach and is situated on the edge of Peach and Orange groves overlooking mountains. Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby.

Ground Floor

Outside is a 75 metre squared patio area hosting a built in BBQ, sink and patio furniture for your convenience. This terrace is covered and well lit. A small shrubbed garden area surrounds 2 sides.

Inside is an american style kitchen with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and other modern essential electrical items.

The living area includes a TV and DVD player. PVC patio doors exit to the terrace. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and W.C.

First Floor

The marble staircase leads to the first floor where you will find bedrooms 1 and 2 and the 2nd shower room.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and sufficient wardrobe space. There is also a chair that unfolds into a bed if required. There is a 6 metre balcony off this room.

Bedroom 2 has large bunkbeds and plenty of wardrobe storage. This room also has a balcony, a shower and W.C.

Second Floor

The marble staircase will take you to the top floor where you will find the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and the 3rd bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed and adequate bedroom furniture. This room also has a comfortable chair that is designed to be a bed chair should it be required. There is a 6 metre balcony off this room.

Bedroom 4 has large bunkbeds and two wardrobes.

Bathroom 3 has shower and W.C and is also where the washing machine is situated.

The Pool

A half olympic sized swimming pool is shared between other occupants of the site. There is a child's paddling pool attached to the larger pool.

The pool is suitable for all ages and it is regularly cleaned. We have provided sun loungers for you to use and just request that you store at the villa each night after use.

Getting There

Our Villa is conveniently situated in Kusadasi/Davutlar and is between Bodrum and Izmir airports.

Izmir airport is the closest and transfer takes approximately 40 minutes. Bodrum airport transfers take approximately 80 minutes.

Flight from the UK are inexpensive and regular to Izmir and Bodrum airports. If you need assistance in booking or travel advice we will help if we can.

We can assist with advice on car hire, excursions, nights out, the best restaurants, pony trekking, jeep safaris and other hints and tips.

Transfers

We can arrange for you to be collected from the airport and transferred directly to Sandals Villa. This service is very cheap and highly recommended. Our driver speaks English and has several vehicles available including a new 9 seater minibus. This is the cheapest and most convenient service to Sandals.
